BID TO PAIDby Brightkeel Software Book a 15-minute demo

From the first call to getting paid.

Talk through the job on site and the proposal and drawing are drafted for you. Customers sign on their phone, and follow-ups go out until they answer.

See the whole job in about a minute

Real screens from a contractor's day: a site visit, a drafted proposal, a deck drawing, a signature, follow-ups and a crew change order. The customer shown is a demo.

One app for the whole job

These are the steps every job goes through. Tap a clip to watch that step.

  1. Talk through the site visit

Record on your phone while you walk the job. The notes are written for you, and a proposal and drawing are drafted from what you said.

  2. Sketch it on site

Draw walls, beams, decks and stairs on your phone. Dimensions show as you draw, and it prints clean for the customer or a permit.

  3. Price it from your price book

Your prices are loaded once. Pick the lines, type the quantities and the total builds itself, with your logo, terms and license number.

  4. They sign on their phone

The customer gets a link, reads it and signs. You see when they opened it, how many times, and when they signed.

  5. Follow-ups go out on their own

Weeks one, two, three and four, from your email. They stop the moment the customer answers.

  6. Your crew logs it from the job

Progress, problems and change orders with photos and measurements. You approve change orders from wherever you are.

“For years I paid for contractor software that never fit how we work. So I built my own.” Chris DeLucca, 30+ years in environmental and foundation construction, New Jersey

Built by a contractor

Bid to Paid started as the system for my own company. I run it every day: site visits, proposals, drawings, crews and follow-ups.

It's set up for small contractors who do the selling themselves and don't have time to retype a site visit at night.

We set it up with you

What we load for you

  • Your price book: the line items and prices you actually use
  • Your logo, terms, warranty and license number on every proposal
  • Emails sent from your own business address
  • A login for everyone, including the crew, on any phone or computer

What we need from you

  • Your line items and prices, even a rough list
  • A past proposal or two, handwritten is fine
  • Your logo and payment terms
  • About an hour to walk through it together
